• You will be set up on exclusive and innovative website giving you real time MLS data in an easy-to-use search format.
• We are "on-call" to make appointments and walk you through your favorite properties.
• We will research all For Sale By Owners, Expired, Withdrawn, and  cancelled listings for additional matches.
• We prospect a minimum of 3 hours per day calling areas you are interested in to find properties that are not listed for sale.
• We will contact other agents who may have “pocket” listings to add to you selection of listings.

Once we find you a property

• We will prepare the contract and provide real-time market data you need to make an offer.
• We will negotiate the contract with the agent for the sellers.
• Order title from a reputable title insurance company of your choice or recommend some options, and have them open escrow.
• We will help you arrange all financing, inspections and appraisals.  We will guide you through the inspection process and negotiate any remediation needed from the seller.
• Accompany you to a final walk-thru prior to closing.
• Review all closing documents with you and attend closing at the title company.
• Follow up with you quarterly to keep you current with values and market trends.
